When I read I  predict that the noisy children playing in the hall, footsteps on the stairs ,banging doors, barking dog, sobs ,and laughter ,lights, TVs, radio came on in the middle of the night .Toilets flushed continually, the power went of for no reason and came back again for no reason is all Bill's trick because if everyone know that his grandmother inn in Fox Hill  was haunted there will be lot's of guess coming to see ghost in one night and grandmother will have money.
